AddressThe Southern Bar Gaming Bistro is seeking an experienced Chef for a casual position of approximately 20-30 hours per week.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work on your own or within a team
- Work well under pressure
- Competent in all kitchen aspects, including desserts
- An understanding of OHWS
- Food Handlers Certificate
The Chef will demonstrate a passion for food and enjoy working in a friendly team environment which maintains a high standard of consistency.
Applicants must be able to work on a flexible roster over a 7-day period, including public holidays.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Trade qualified chef (Cert III or above) with minimum 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge of health and safety, and food handling requirements to maintain required standards.
Must have full working rights
