AddressSeeking Community Support Workers to join our team of support network. If you have a bubbly personality with patience caring understanding this is the position for you! Our unique amazing clients whom with acquired brain injuries need your assistance to help them with there daily routines and achieve there acquired goals.
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Provide 1 on 1 quality support
- Provide personal / hygiene care
- Assist in community based tasks
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Report feedback to relevant Supervising staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr experience in working in a similar field
- CERT III Support care / disability car or similar field
- NDIS clearance check
- WWCC
- Current 1st Aid & CPR certification
- Proof of Covid vaccine x3 + BOOSTER (mandatory)
- Current Driver’s License & Vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
