In this role you will: - Provide quality service to customers in an efficient and courteous manner. - Provide the public with accurate and relevant information. - Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to assist the office in meeting its objectives.- Reconcile monies to ensure finance standards and audit requirements are met. - Work in a safe manner abiding by all WHS requirements and security procedures.- Consult with management and staff on matters of policy, procedures and standards. - Work well within a team environment. Extensive training is provided with ongoing development and training opportunities.This position reports to the Senior Advisor.TMR is currently considering the implementation of a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy whereby it would be a condition ofemployment for TMR employees to be and remain fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination status may be required as partof the interview process and/or prior to employment.
