We are looking for someone who is experienced in customer service and who has a caring and friendly nature, an open mind, an eye for detail, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
The suitable candidate will join our great team who work at our Morwell, Moe, Traralgon & Sale Hearing Centres. There may also be opportunities for you to work at other Hearing Centres throughout West Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and East Gippsland.

- Positively greet clients, attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
- Liaising extensively with our clients comprising children, young adults, children with additional needs, complex needs adults, clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
- Reception and general administration duties includes booking and confirming client appointments, processing claims, data entry.
- Proactively identify client needs and offer professional advice on assistive listening devices
- Minor hearing aid repairs, accurate checking and management of the repairs
- Assisting Audiologists with the provision of clinical services to our clients
- Demonstration of the use of hearing aids and provide practice with clients
- Electronic payments and daily settlement
- Administrative duties including monthly reports and checks
- Experience in providing exceptional, friendly and client centred customer service
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy with intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to take initiative, be innovative and solve problems in a professional and approachable manner
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and self-motivated approach to work and the ability to accept responsibility and take ownership to achieve outcomes
