Candidates will be working with both our Business1300 (business1300.com.au) and BusinessCom (businesscom.com.au) brands.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level ofcustomer service and experience
- Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Attend to Customer Support tickets promptly and professionally
- Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Hosted PBX and VoIP services, broadband connections and other telecommunication services.
- Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.
- Liaising with suppliers, wholesalers and providers
- Assisting customers with Technical Support queries across all products.

- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (required)
- Previous experience in telecommunication (preferred)
