The City of Melville has an exciting opportunity for passionate Group Fitness Instructors. We are seeking talented individuals to provide safe and motivating group fitness, wellness, and aqua classes to the community.

In this role, individuals will be required to prepare and deliver Fitness Classes (specifically Aqua, RPM, Sprint, BodyCombat, and BodyAttack), as well as assisting to develop and deliver Group Fitness and Wellness programs.

Skills and Experience Required:
Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
Organisation and time management skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Demonstrated experience instructing group fitness classes;
Demonstrated experience in developing fitness programs;
Demonstrated experience in the safe operation of fitness equipment;
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Essential Qualifications:
Current Applied First Aid Certificate.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate;
Certificate III in Fitness, GEL (Group Exercise Leader) or equivalent;
Recognised Group Fitness Program Qualifications or equivalent;
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
