Working alongside our team of skilled cheesemakers, we are looking for enthusiastic cheese lovers to be responsible for the weighing, packaging and labelling of our cheeses and its preparation for distribution.
At Yarra Valley Dairy, we have a fantastic team culture, and you’ll become a part of a close-knit family business, driven by quality. We offer generous cheese allowance across our range for you to enjoy and provide training in required areas.
In addition to having a LOVE for cheese, we require you to be:
- available Monday to Friday, early starts (6.30am or 7.00am)
- physically fit & comfortable working in cool temperatures of the production space
- current driver’s license and own reliable transport
- high attention to detail & ability to move quickly
Not compulsory, however, prior dairy and food handling experience is preferable, as is any knowledge and experience with pasteurization or cheese making.
Pay rates as per Food, Beverage & Tobacco Manufacturing Award (MA000073).
