You will be responsible for:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and other goals
- Upholding exceptional customer service standards and offer a memorable shopping experience
- Passion for retail, a love of customers and a genuine desire to achieve results
- Solves problems to ensure stock levels are maintained and processes run smoothly to meet changing customer demands,
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
- Manages workflow with a sense of urgency to keep pace with a dynamic workload, whilst delivering work to the highest standard of accuracy
