Casual/Part Time Gym Manager Applicants,
We are currently looking for a highly motivated casual gym manager for various Anytime Fitness locations throughout Sydney.

Within our company we now have Multiple Anytime Fitness gymnasiums located in Sydney CBD, Lower North Shore Sydney, Inner West Sydney, Sutherland Shire, North of Tasmania and have expanded into Group Fitness where we have 5, going on 6 successful sites.
To manage this we have our own head office in Sydney. We believe in our staff and provide on-going training, events and support to ensure that you have all the skills to succeed at the role.
As Casual or Part Time Club Manager you will be working autonomously and will be required for planned leave and short notice cover in any of our locations. The position includes the daily running of a gym which includes some of the following tasks to name a few.
- Membership sales,
- Administrative & clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails,
- Marketing and promoting through multiple social media platforms including and not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Campaign managers,
- Maintenance of equipment,
- Gym rounds,
- Outreach and community involvement,
- Customer service resolution,
- Member retention,
- Member challenges and member engagement,
- Meeting KPI's,
- Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation,
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community.
- Conduction group training sessions

Candidates for Club Manager must have all the following:
- A passion for Health and Fitness,
- Flexibility,
- Administrative experience and competent computer skills,
- Outgoing and friendly personality,
- Management experience within the fitness industry (preferred but not essential),
- Knowledge of health and fitness whether professionally or personally,
- Hard work ethic.
We believe that our wages are very attractive in comparison to other gym manager roles. You will also be provided with an Opal card to pay for your travel to and from the gyms. This role is very important for us to maintain the high standards set when our full time employees are away. Each club is run in the same way and we will provide full training to allow you to feel comfortable in whichever location you are required to work in. We also feel that you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us as our group is ever expanding.
