The Role:
Cellar Door & Wine Club Manager
We need a top-notch Cellar Door Manager to lead a small but mighty team. The role involves assisting in the running of a truly boujee vineyard, with good knowledge of systems/procedures and an eye for great service. You'll also spend a day per week helping our superstar winemaker Valentina Moresco (a finalist for Winemaker of the Year).
About you:
A motivated approach to your career, with past cellar door or wine club experience under your belt: WSET certification is a major drawcard but not essential (so long as you're a decent human with a joyful outlook, we can teach the rest). A real passion for the wine and tourism industry and most importantly, you'll need to align with our sustainability values and make people think about the earth and the impact we're having on it! We're looking for someone with energy to boot and charisma like nothing else.
We're open for 3 days of service Fri - Sun (yes, all day shifts) which sets you up with the allocated admin time you will need to keep the cogs all running. We have a flurry of animals roaming the ground including everybody's favourite manager, Polare the Italian Sheepdog. We do events all year round across the entire estate and there are also opportunities to help out in the vineyard during harvest season at the beginning of the new year. Your main goal at Krinklewood will be to create a welcoming and unique experience for all while driving the team to develop the business day-to-day.
