Your Impact

As the Centre Director you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team.

About our centre and the role

• Established 81 place centre with large waitlist
• Long standing and supportive team including experienced Educational Leader and Assistant Director
• RDO on offer for the successful candidate
• You need to have experience in childcare administration, fair and reasonable Staff Management practices in Early Childhood Education and Care, Financial and budget management and reporting, Industry Regulation processes and procedures and Department liaison and reporting experience.
