Seeking an experienced Centre Director to join a 56-place service in the Hills District.

Our Client is a privately owned and family run 56 place Centre and are currently seeking a dedicated Centre Director to join their management team.

You will be joining a well-resourced and spacious Centre which have established and maintained wonderful trusting relationships with their existing families and within the community.

As the Director, you are expected to oversee the operations of the service, lead, guide and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children ages 0-6 years old. You will also be responsible for the overall operations of the service including management, admin and staffing.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• An Early Childhood Degree or working towards recognised by ACEQCA
• Experience in a Director or management position
• Current working with children check
• First aid certificate
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
• Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework
• Be able to drive up Occupancy
• Experience in assessment and rating
• A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.

Salary: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
