We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager that has the passion and values that our company represents and upholds to a high standard as reflected in our company Mission Statement and individual centre philosophy designed by your team.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or actively working towards an approved qualification.
- An enthusiasm to teach, creating positive learning experiences.
- Ability to motivate a team of Educators
- Experience maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF.
- Strong Knowledge of the NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Current working with children checks.
- Anaphylaxis, asthma, CPR and first aid certificates.
- Highly organised with a strong ability to mutli-task.
- Confidence dealing with families, educators and the local community.
The applicant must
- Be available 5 days per week
- Have a minimum 12 months leadership experience
- Hold an Early Childhood Qualification
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- Hold a First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
- Be passionate about Early Years learning and development

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32.69 – $46.66 per hour
