Our client is within the Education sector and they are looking for a Change Analyst/Jnr Change Manager who can provide a hands on approach on a range of projects and also focus on the communication aspect of the change process.
This is a 6 month contract which must start by the beginning of June, with a potential extension. The role is paying up to $650-700/day inc super depending on experience. There are various projects, some multi year deals.
The location is based in North Parramatta, hybrid working model and must be open and flexible to going to other sites located in the greater western sydney area. This is not consistently but at times to see the stakeholders. Must have transport and a valid drivers licence.
The Change Analyst conducts rigorous business readiness reviews, identifying gaps, building capabilities and instilling a culture of readiness and adaptability within the organisation. There will be a major communication piece in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive stategies and initiatives, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
- Assist in developing change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives and project implementations.
- Create and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address resistance to change and foster a culture of openness and adaptability.
- Analyse current business processes, systems, and structures, and recommend strategic changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Construction/Infrastructure experience is highly desirable and eduction industry experience is a plus
- Proven experience in delivering business transformation initiatives, including operating model design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci) and change management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have valid working rights in Australia along with the ability to complete a WWCC
