The Role and the Team

Airservices is transforming.  The role of the Strategy Execution Change Excellence team is to champion change across the organisation.  The team provides support for the change community and Change Programs to ensure they are set up for success to deliver the Airservices strategy. 

This is multi-faceted role that will span across supporting Change Programs and to plan and deliver as required, the maintenance of change management tools and templates, linked in learning curator, supporting change management data and insights to inform change management reporting, and provide change management coaching as required.  For the past 12 months, the team has focused on establishing a robust change community of practice and improving change maturity across 10 key change programs.  The focus for this role will be on maturing business change capability and providing related advice, support and coaching.

The Person

As a Change Manager with the Change Excellence team, you will use your experience in organisational change management to enable successful implementation and adoption of change across Airservices. You will play a key role in ensuring adoption, resistant management and readiness is managed across change initiatives and ongoing business change.  

Our ideal candidate is comfortable with and has demonstratable experience in driving change in a geographically diverse and operational environment.  You will be a team player and be happy to work autonomously who will recognise their success through the delivery by others.  

You will be required to step into a Project Change Management or related activities as required. 

You will have at least +7 years’ experience in managing change across large geographically dispersed organizations. You will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Most importantly, you will have a passion for driving the best for our people and our organisation. This is a great opportunity to consolidate your change management skills and experience before stepping into and Enterprise Change role.
