the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our Smarter Profit team are delivering key initaitves across our stores to help deliver the best possible experience for our customers. As part of ongoing project delivery we are looking for a Change Manager to help land in store.
About the role
You will help deliver a range of projects and initiatives - some in-flight and some upcoming, Agile working environment that values productivity and progress over perfection. You'll manage change across the full end-to-end lifecycle of our projects and initiatives and also:
Conduct stakeholder analyses that inform how we might best inspire, empower, and enable our people
Create tailored engagement and communication plans and collateral to support delivery of information and updates
Work with our delivery teams to conduct iterative change impact assessments
Undertake learner and training needs analyses to inform the training approach, plans and collateral that will support your delivery of training
Help to coordinate go live readiness checks, support, assessment, and remediation
upport lessons learned, benefits realisation and program reporting activities
About you and your skills
This is a robust role that will utilise and develop your change management skillset, and you will partner with a diverse range of stakeholders (in stores and Store Support Centres) who will help you “fill in the gaps” and ensure the change is “fit for purpose”
Proven experience in the end-to-end change management across a fast-moving program of work
Able to engage stakeholders of all types and levels across a large organisation
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) experience or experience in a large, complex retail environment
