About the role

As a Change Manager, you will be embedded in the Manage our Lending ANZ Plus Value Stream to identify, optimise and implement change solutions for operational teams that work across collections, lending and credit.

What will your day look like

ANZ Plus has well and truly hit the market. Production changes and features are releasing often, it's a busy time for change and it's a great time to join. 

  • Work with stakeholders (technology and business product owners, technology, assurance, delivery partners)  to shape objectives and ensure they consider change and implementation needs from the outset
  • Design and own change strategies that meet specific needs, you will also be involved in the implementation of the change management plan
  • Ensure all proposed and implemented solutions balance customer, stakeholder and regulatory or policy requirements
  • Challenge the status quo, use your highly effective stakeholder management experience to anticipate needs and influence product owners to implement customer solutions that are well managed
  • Embed a change mindset and help others to as well
  • Continually learn and share what you know with other change team members

What will you bring?

  • Proven and deep experience in one or more of the following - Business & Change Impact Analysis, Change Management or Implementation, Performance Excellence, Assurance, Communications, 
  • Domain experience in retail banking specifically across operational delivery teams that look at credit and lending risk or collections.
  • Good understanding of different project methodologies and how change is applied - specifically agile.
  • You’ve led pieces of change work and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to understand many points of view.
  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do whilst delivering business change to the organisation.
  • A desire to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and optimise customer experiences that are safe, easy and compliant. 
  • Data-driven decision making skills, you develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
