With upcoming significant transformation, they are looking to hire a talented Change Manager on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, this role drives the design and implementation of change management strategies for seamless transitions to new systems. Responsibilities include risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and support for unified process rollout. Collaborating closely with senior management, the role ensures operational efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of change management and communications, including impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and project teams to integrate new systems, processes, and behaviors.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to staff involved in change initiatives, fostering their success and adoptation.
  • Collaborate across project delivery, communications, and support teams for successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate organisational changes to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.

Your Profile

To be the successful candidate you will have experience in the following areas:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG Change Management) is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in conducting impact analyses and developing mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular and meaningful reports on the delivery of change management plans within projects and programs of work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of change readiness planning and adoption strategies.
