Job Description
Development and execution of the change management plan and supporting training approach
Leading and managing deployment, coordination, and communication activities
Undertaking assessments and evaluating the impact of change including, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Maintaining overall accountability for the planning and execution of change management and training activities
Identifying and actively engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to understand their potential concerns, issues, and perceptions
Managing communication and change activities to enable adoption and effective usage of both solutions
Reporting to various stakeholders and governance bodies
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a change management role, designing and delivering change management interventions, preferably within complex IT transformation projects
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Able to work on a range of deliverables at the same time and produce quality outcomes within specific timeframes
Strong document creation, editing and presentation skills, with great attention to detail, specifically using MS Work, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes
