- Collaborating with the team to brainstorm new menu ideas and bring them to life
- Mentoring and guiding junior kitchen staff to help them reach their full culinary potential

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant setting
- A love for experimenting with flavors and ingredients to create exciting dishes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the heat (both in and out of the kitchen!)
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
- Any formal culinary training or certifications would be a bonus, but your passion and creativity are what we value most
