Featuring a custom underground cheese maturation room, offering farmhouse and artisan cheeses from both Australia and abroad.
Above our cheese cave is our grocer that offers a fine selection of grocery items, prepared take home meals, espresso coffee and gelato that's churred daily.
This role involves working with our fun and professional team of cheese mongers and grocer staff, focusing on retail sales with our in-store customers, caring for our cheese, as well as servicing the cheese selections for the entire restaurant family of the European group.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual with hospitality or food retail experience who is committed to learning on the job and sharing their knowledge with both our customers and staff.
This is a full time or part time role that will ideally be a mix of 3 days in the cheese cellar and 2 days in the grocer, however there is flexibility for the right candidate.
