The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a friendly and organised Chef at our aged care residence in Mosman!
As a Chef, you will be catering for up to 60 residents - ensuring they have the best possible meal experience.
Onsite parking and public transport are available for your convenience. If you are looking to enhance your work/life balance - this role offers the perfect solution.
Roster: Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm
What This Role Involves:
Preparing and presenting food for our residents
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in kitchens and food preparation
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
