This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced candidate who is well-versed within a
dynamic environment.
The position requires the following:- relevant AQF Cert IV (or equivalent or higher) AND
at least 2 years relevant high-level work experience OR at least 3 years full time experience in
a similar fast-paced role as a minimum!
The role includes but is not limited to:
? planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
? monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
? discussing food preparation issues with Managers, kitchen and waiting staff
? demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
? preparing and cooking food
? explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
? assisting with selecting and training staff
We offer a competitive salary, with remuneration in the range of $55,000 to $85,000 p.a.
