THE POSITION Working independently and efficiently to time constraints and daily production requirements Stock management, portion control and food wastage Clear understanding of HACCP – Food Safety Standards and Cleaning Procedures. Full compliance in following precise recipe cards, producing specialised meals for the kids. Demonstrate understanding of Allergen Management in every task. THE PERSON We are looking for a team player who has exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude and a resilient nature. A willingness and flexibility to meet the needs of changing priorities. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chef with a minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery Previous experience within a similar role / environment Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow instructions. previous experience with texture modified / IDDSI compliance. In line with the required Legislation, successful candidates must undertake or provide a current Police Check, and evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
