THE ROLE
Reporting to the Panthers Group Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing and leading the Kitchen Team who service the Western Sydney Conference Centre.
You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
Western Sydney Conference Centre will change the perception of conference food through sophistication, elegance and courage.
Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.
THE CRITERIA
Experience managing a large kitchen team in a high-paced environment is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
Menu Engineering, Creativity, Financial Acumen, Culinary Knowledge and Food Safety Compliance experience are essential.
Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and development
