About the Role: As a measured leader, our successful candidate will possess traditional Asian cooking abilities, particularly in Chinese cuisine. You'll have a flair for creating authentic dishes while also demonstrating the ability to design simple, clean menus. This role requires previous management experience in the kitchen, including training, cost management, and inspiring our high-performing team.
Key Qualifications:Previous management experience in a premium Chinese restaurant.
Strong knowledge and experience in Chinese cuisine, ideally in a stand-alone restaurant or 5-star hotel.
Extensive experience in menu planning and design.
Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team of chefs and cooks.
