As a Chef de Partie, you will be trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialised cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties.

- Controlling general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees.
- Ordering and stock control.
- Solely responsible for other chefs and kitchen employees.
- Assisting the Executive Chef and where necessary operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.
