We are seeking a Chef De Partie.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive knowledge of a professional kitchen operation
- Menu development, displaying creativity and passion for food
- Drive a ‘customer experience’ culture
- Lead/participate, role model safety and company values
- Maintain and lead Food Safety standards
- Proven track record of being motivated, organized and working within a large team
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change and work within the team environment
A few things you will need to have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Qualifications in commercial cookery & food safety
- Participate as a team player and establish strong work relationships
- Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
