The Venues

Opening this October, 66 King Street in the Sydney CBD will be the second precinct launched by Etymon Projects.

Tiva is a sophisticated playground for those with a discerning palate and an appetite for revelry. Descend downstairs, where Champagne flows, cocktails shake, shoulders drop and hips sway. With curated live music, the perfect martini and the best late-night snacks, Tiva sets the mood for those with a penchant for frisson.

The Role 

Reporting to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, as a Chef de Partie, position will be to operate a section within the kitchen of the The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar or Basement Lounge Bar Tiva, ensuring dishes are prepared according to specification, hygiene and safety protocols are adhered to at all times, and service of dishes on our menu to our guests is executed to the highest standard every time. 

Full Time & Casual opportunities available for both qualified and unqualified Chefs and Cooks with a passion for world-class hospitality and working within a team who consistently strive for excellence.  

Experience and Qualification 

  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
  • 1 year in a similar role executing high quality dishes    
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
