We are looking for motivated chefs to join our AGFG chefs hat award winning team, recreating classic French nouvelle cuisine dishes, that combine the best of locally sourced produce from the Tweeds fertile farmlands and ocean, infused with native Australian flora.
Our seasonal menus are ever evolving creating exceptional culinary experiences for our diners. Our kitchen is brand new and has all the toys. We are open Thursday to Sunday for lunch and Friday and Saturday for dinner - giving you 3 fulls days off a week to explore and enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer.
We require:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Be reliable, consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to to perform well under pressure
