About the Role
Looking for passionate, creative, hands-on chefs to assist in the kitchen with prep & busy service periods across any one of the stables of venues within the site.
These are permanent, full-time roles with a start date depending on the availability of successful candidate.
Accomodation can be supplied along with these roles.
As chefs in this venue your primary role will be to work closely with the executive team to evolve existing menus & the food offering, as well as adding to the already epic vibe & culture of the team..
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assisting with food prep & services
- Day to day operations of the kitchen
- Ability to develop & inspire your team members instilling company values. You must be a ‘people person’
- Ability to create & deliver high quality menus to company brief.
- A good team spirit, a positive attitude & ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, time & resource management.
