About Our Client

Job Description
The CEO will concentrate specifically on setting and executing the company's strategic direction, engaging with industry stakeholders to secure initial commercial deployments, and scaling the company through Series A and beyond.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Electralith's overall development plan to scale our technology and disrupt the lithium industry, integrating technical, commercial and finance functions - in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors.
Lead commercial negotiations regarding deployments with pilot and commercial partners.
Lead capital raising activities to ensure resource availability in line with Electralith's development plan.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers across the lithium supply chain, including operators of brine, hard-rock and other potential resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships prospective and existing investors.
Take overall responsibility for management of the company's operations, including technology development, customer engagement, and investor relations.
Build and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful fundraising efforts at early stage technology companies. Entrepreneurial experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment and an understanding of metallurgical processes, preferably within the lithium industry.
