‘Blue sky’ isn’t just a buzz term around here: we’re seeking an ideas-driven CEO to pilot this fantastic organisation.

Our top gun will need to assemble a sterling crew to help these innovations take off. So they’ll require ace interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong Board relationships.

Never been a CEO before? Not a deal breaker. Landing this role requires the right attitude to reach the altitude: an energetic professional with the passion to lead, and a savvy strategist who delivers on plans and projects.

You’ll just need to perform the following checks to launch your career to new heights.

AND YOU ARE…?

Having C-Suite leadership experience in health services or similar will help secure you the captain’s chair, as will tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.

Reporting to the Board via the Board chair, the CEO will:
Enhance operational performance with effective, authentic leadership
Explore and optimise growth opportunities for the business
Develop positive relationships with all stakeholders
Capitalise and deliver on financial growth and commercial performance projections
Introduce elements of Co-design that meet the needs of clients and the business
Provide staff with ample opportunity for development and succession planning
Ensure operations are appropriately resourced with engaged, happy and highly qualified staff
Facilitate change in flight tactics while bringing people along on the journey
Knowledgably manage risk across all commercial areas
