The Role
Reporting to the State Manager - NSW, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is directly responsible for leading the hospital management teams, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers, and actively seeking out new growth and expansion opportunities, while ensuring that the financial and operational objectives of the business are met.
You will inspire your teams to ensure the highest standards of customer service and clinical care, influencing strategic change as required.
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced senior manager/executive from within the healthcare sector with highly effective management skills, strong financial acumen and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Our CEOs have varied backgrounds including nursing, commerce and Allied Health.
Essential Criteria:
Relevant experience at a senior management/executive level in a hospital environment
The ability to work collaboratively with a broad array of stakeholders
Extensive business development experience
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in applying quality improvement processes and organisational change
Broad and extensive knowledge of financial management principles including capital & operational budget management
Capability to build teams, develop people and achieve high performance.

Formal management qualifications
Experience leading a hospital development
The Hospital
Dudley Private Hospital is a 62 bed facility in Orange NSW that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres And apart from general medical and surgical beds there are 17 licensed rehabilitation beds and a 13 bed mental health unit, known as the Dudley Clinic.
