About the role
Reporting into the CEO, the newly created role of Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring the organisation runs effectively.
Managing a team of 70FTE in multiple locations, the COO will work with Directors to develop and execute strategy and manage brand growth, ensuring corporate relationships with local customers and Franchisor leads and customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels.
While maintaining the overall operations and resources of the company, you will ensure that the fleet is utilised efficiently and look to improve operational systems, processes and best practices ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and sales opportunities and rolling out multi-brand initiatives across the group.
