AddressOne of our clients based in Brisbane city has a family owned and operated boutique early education centre for newborn to preschool age children. They employ highly skilled staff in our premium facilities for busy families.

Duties/responsibilities -
• Handling day-to-day operations at the centre.
• Developing and implementing education programs and activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of young children at the centre.
• Providing care for children at all levels and ages in the centre.
• Ensuring the centre is hazard free and safe for the children, staff and visitors.
• Complying with Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
• Maintaining positive relationship with staff and parents and handling parents’ complaints.
• Managing/monitoring the CRM including accounts and reporting
• Recruiting staff and coordinating professional development ensuring their performance meets company standards.
• Mentoring, directing and supervising team educators in providing necessary care for children and optimal performance.
• Participate in professional development programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge in changes in the sector.
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
• AQF Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• 1-2 years’ work experience as a Childcare Centre Manager in Australia.
Salary - 77500 +super (pa)
Location - Brisbane City
