We are a family owned and operated service that prides itself in providing a flexible, caring, compassionate environment for children, families and educators. You will be a valuable member of our family where you are treated like family not a number or another employee.
We know that when an educator joins our team they bring their wealth of knowledge, past experiences and training along with them and we love the thought of having each educator share and implement different ideas in our growing and evolving centre.
We are seeking a warm, friendly educator that is wanting to be apart of our positive warm community, help us grow and reach for the stars!
Ideally we are looking for an educator that has at least a certificate III and wanting to study their Diploma or either be working towards a Diploma or hold a current Diploma in education and care.
What can we offer in return:
- We will pay for your Annual CPR and First Aid
- Child protection refresher paid
- Paid professional development
- Time off the floor each week for programming, we do not allow staff to take work home!
- Supplied lunches once a month
- 50mins break (total) off the floor where you are expected to unwind, relax and enjoy your food without interruption
- A fun working environment where we believe that when educators are happy so are the children and families
- Relaxed environment where you will be expected to spend your first few weeks getting to know the families, children, staff and the service routine
- Shared documentation, you won’t be expected to complete any programming for the first month as we would rather you develop strong relationships with the children and families
- Christmas off every year
- Relaxed, flexible management that is about making life easier for everyone
- Flexibility to either work part time or in a job share position
- Never have to take work home, it gets done in the centre and if you need extra time, mentoring or support we will arrange additional time
- Career progression
- Large outdoor natural environment (we have real grass!)
Due to the location of our service, you will either require your own car and licence or have access to transport as at the moment the public transport is not regular/consistent to our location.
