As a certified educator, in the ZapShifts network, you get to control when you work, where you work and how much you work for. It’s time to flip the script!

This time, centers will start coming after you for your experience and skills and you get to set your own market competitive rates. What’s even better is you decide on your weekly schedule, which centers you want to accept working at based on reviews and be extremely flexible so you don’t get burnt out.

What it’s like

• When and where you work is up to you!
• Know how much you’ll make before you even start a shift and decide on your pay.
• Get your payments quickly and frequently.
• Cancel shifts in advance if you really can’t accommodate it.

This role is limited to the next 15 Educators in the South Perth region as you will have to go through a vetting phase to make sure credentials and requirements are met, but after that it’s smooth sailing.

Skills and experience

• Valid working with children card or willing to take one.
• Certificate III in Child Care.
• Up to date First Aid Certificate
• Both new and experienced Educators are welcome to join.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: $23.58 – $38.61 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Perth WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Licence/Certification:

• Working with Children Check (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
