The role
Managing 8 child care centres located regionally across South West of Melbourne, your responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stake holders
- Mentor, coach and support centre managers to work on any centre development areas
- Work with senior managers to develop annual business plans and budgets
- Review and monitor all staff around the NQF and EYLF
- Manage all HR related queries including recruitment, training, annual reviews etc
- Responsible for the overall performance of each service
- Travel to each centre regularly or as needed
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in children services
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, exposure to multiple service management will be highly regarded
- Business management experience
- Demonstrated ability in performance management of a service
- Strong background working across the early years education sector
- Key understanding across the EYLF platform
