Mt Hawthorn Chiropractic are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to take their thriving wellness-oriented family practice to the next level.
About us we love our community, great coffee, and empowered families. This iconic old/new practice has actually been serving Mt Hawthorn for over 50 years and has recently relocated to beautiful new purpose-built offices with a mid century designer theme and an enthusiastic ‘’next generation’’ team. Our (young) principle Chiropractor has lead the team for over a decade and is internationally recognised for his technical and clinical expertise and is a highly regarded trainer and mentor as well.
We seek an energetic new team member with a bright and bubbly personality and superior communication skills. It’s all about our people - you will get to play an integral role in empowering, educating and inspiring our patients to greater health; additionally, you will be providing exemplary support to our Chiropractic team, which will include back office administration as well as being the face and voice of the practice. You will therefore need to be hard working, team-orientated, task-focused and willing to go the extra mile for our patients and team members alike.
Requirements a positive, compassionate and approachable personality with the ability to lead and inspire your team. The ability to handle a busy and fast-paced environment whilst simultaneously being a fabulous host for our clients. A high value for a structured work environment and an eye for detail. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional multitasking capabilities and initiative. Resilience and a sense of humour. Excellent IT/computer/social media skills.

This is a permanent part time position of approx. 20 hours per week which will develop into a management/leadership role for the right person. The set roster will consist of Tuesday mornings (7.15am – 12.30pm) and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons (1.30pm – 6.30pm); there is some flexibility on days if required.
