AddressWorking closely with senior stakeholders, the Change Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Develop and communicate with relevant Sales, Client and Product specialist teams.
- Collate data and analyse company metrics to measure marketing activity.
- Manage and coordinate user workshops and training sessions across the distribution team.
- Actively contribute and assist with the engagement strategies, including Newsletters and promotional videos.
- Oversee and ensure products are efficient across the business.
The Change Analyst will meet the following skillset:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in data driven roles.
- Background in market intelligence and data manipulation is beneficial.
- Competent computer skills, an understanding of Tableau or Alteryx is preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of asset management and distribution practices.
