What will you be doing?
This position will involve handling the full range of General Insurance products such as Motor, Liability, Business Interruption, Financial Lines, and Property Claims.
Please see below examples of the work you will be doing in this role:
- Diary and email account management
- Responsible for start to finish claims management
- Taking ownership of the claim by ensuring there is regular and proactive follow-ups and phone contact to drive outcomes.
- Be an active team player and contribute to the achievement of shared team objectives.
- Liaising directly with all parties and ensuring you provide the very best service to your clients at all times
What do you need?
- Experience handling claims from initiation through to completion/settlement
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle difficult conversations
- Proactive and team orientated attitude
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
