We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our team in Joondalup, Western Australia. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Claims Officer and Government Contracts Manager in maintaining a high quality and compliance framework for our Workforce Australia Enhanced Services contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting contractual obligations related to claims, performance, and external audits.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Adhere to Impact Services policies, and procedures under our Work Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems (IMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Demonstrate Impact Services CORE values in the way I work, collaborate, and achieve results.
- Manage daily reviews and processing of progress payments in line with Workforce Australia and company guidelines.
- Assist in the monitoring of all placements, outcomes, and the administration of Impact Services and DEWR-funded wage subsidies. This includes investigating the eligibility of payments and analysing data to provide insights on variances, trends, and ineligible claims.
- Support the Senior Compliance and Claims Officer (SC Officer) and Government Contracts Manager (GC Manager) in meeting financial income targets by reporting actual performance against financial targets.
- Maintain up-to-date client databases, ensuring data integrity by identifying and eliminating duplications and errors. Support the collection and maintenance of evidence that meets contractual requirements.
- Educate and support Career Consultants on compliance, claims processing, and service provision related to Enhanced Services.
- Actively liaise with employers to confirm the placement of candidates, ensuring to maintain accurate records of all confirmed placements.
