The RAA insurance team has continued to grow and is still growing. In the past 5 years we've doubled in size, we now have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our fun, friendly and supportive Claims Team!
Experience in Insurance Claims is not essential, however experience in providing exceptional Customer Service is, this role will see you as the first point of contact in the delivery a fantastic member service experience together with:
- Interpret and apply policy conditions to manage claims
- Process claims to achieve successful claim outcomes
- Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation and
- Able to achieve set KPI's and quality targets consistently
We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program commencing Monday 7th November 2022 which will include 3 weeks full-time training of system and product knowledge.
What will set you apart from the rest
Your amazing customer service skills together with your ability to problem solve and make decisions will see you succeed in this role, as will your strong organisational skills and ability to understand complex processes. Additionally, your willingness and capability to have difficult discussions, and your resilient nature will add further to your success along with:
- Experience in the Insurance industry will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to show empathy to customers who have suffered loss; and
- A positive can-do attitude and great team worker.
