The Opportunity

The Claims Support Agent is responsible for providing day to day administrative services as well as processing support to the entire claims team to ensure that the claims team performs both efficiently and effectively.

This role will require an unwavering attention to detail and accuracy whilst working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment. It is therefore imperative that the successful candidate has strong organisational and time management skills as well as a highly developed ability to collaborate and communicate in a professional environment.



What are we looking for?

  • A range of experience in providing administrative support in a professional office environment (typically 1 to 2 years)
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed spelling and grammar skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously utilising initiative and proactiveness
  • Proficient in Microsoft application

Desirable

  • Insurance and/or claims experience
