Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Primary School, Epping is currently seeking an energetic, passionate and innovative Classroom Teacher. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.

Please note that OLHC is temporarily relocated at 7 Trebor Road Pennant Hills (2022 - 2024) while our new school is being built.

This is a temporary,full-time opportunity to commence in Term 1 2023 until the end of the 2023 school year.

About the School

Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School, Epping was founded by the Parramatta Sisters of Mercy in 1908. Under the protection and patronage of Mary, Help of Christians, the school enjoys an ongoing partnership with parents in providing opportunities for children to excel within a stimulating Catholic school environment. The school is situated in the northern suburbs of Sydney and has a current enrolment of approximately 152 students.

How do I apply?

Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4-year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four-year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.

New position on COVID-19 vaccinations

Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022. Staff who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks when working with children at greater risk of serious illness owing to a medical condition and/or physical disability.
