The role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring we meet our clients’ contractual needs. Working closely with building management and our onsite cleaning teams, you will be the face of our business and key member of our team.
This role is a full-time permanent position, located at a newly built, premium CBD asset in the heart of Adelaide.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensure staffing needs and shift coverage needs are met
- Training and mentoring team members
- Building and maintain effective client relationships, managing client requests
- Daily/Weekly KPI inspection
- Preparation of reporting requirements
- Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries
- Actively promote a positive and safe work environment & compliance with all OH&S
- Administration tasks as required
- Have previous experience in the cleaning industry
- Be a natural leader, to lead, motivate and support a team of 15+ staff
- Have excellent time and operational management skills
- Be driven to keen to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Be well organised, can forward plan and be flexible
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Be experienced in managing budgets, forecasting & rostering
- Have an understanding of compliance and health and safety procedures
- Have intermediate to advanced computer skills
