CLEANING LEAD - Work on site all over Sydney

We have a committed and conscientious team of wonderful people working within our growing business and we are now looking for an exceptional Cleaning Lead to take on deep cleans and specific on site projects across all client sites as needed, around Sydney.
This role will suit an experienced, reliable, and organised cleaner who would be happy travelling to various client sites and having direct contact with the Operations team and clients.
Experience in cleaning is essential, and being technically minded, or ‘handy’ will be considered an advantage
About the role:
Day to day duties and responsibilities include:
- Visit a broad range of strata and commercial sites across metropolitan Sydney as scheduled to carry out specific projects such as deep cleans or periodical cleans
- Train and mentor on site cleaning staff as needed
- Stepping in to conduct scheduled cleans when required, filling in for cleaners and demonstrating a high standard of attention to detail
- Walk client sites with the Supervisor to monitor and maintain cleaning standards and team performance
- Actively participate in team and operations team meetings
About you:
To succeed in the role you will have:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning
- A valid drivers license and your own vehicle to travel to client sites
- Strong people skills and ability build and maintain relationships with clients and the team
- A high customer service ethos, demonstrating a desire to go the extra mile to ensure clients are always happy
- Accountability to ensure team performance and standards are upheld at all times
- Strong time management and organistaional skills
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, being solutions-focused with a common-sense approach
- Integrity, reliability and honesty

Whilst experience in a trade is not essential, being ‘handy’ will be considered an advantage!
