Full-Time – Client Concierge/Receptionist – Frankston
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team located in Frankston. The role will require Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. You will be working for a well-known & respected agency as part of a supportive team.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner.
- Assisting with property management & sales queries.
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as first point of contact.
- Mail management.
- Diary management.
- Assisting with sales administration.
- Manage social media marketing.
- Other basic office duties.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
To be suitable you must possess:
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative.
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Immaculate presentation and well spoken.
- Previous reception experience in Real Estate beneficial but not required.
