Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.
We believe there is a better way to recycle that positively impacts individuals, communities, and the environment. Our mission is to increase recycling rates, rid the world of drink container litter, and empower community participation in an accredited circular economy. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.
As an organisation, we are in our fourth successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to contribute to and work with an organisation making a difference in recycling and circular economy space with exponential and rapid growth plan.
In this critical role, you will be the key owner of our Client relationships for IT delivery services, ensuring successful delivery and outcome with our Clients.
Some of the key deliverables of the role:
Managing key stakeholder relationships and periodic meetings with our clients
Working with CES Product, Engineering, Service teams to deliver great outcomes for our clients
Ensuring CES understands and are effectively prioritising Client strategic and tactical needs
Owning the client relationship for IT delivery services
Owning panel (cross-client) opportunities and forums
Representing client needs within IT
Skills and Experiences:
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Client Delivery or Client Engagement Manager roles
- Previous experience working for a Systems Implementor / Development House
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- You have managed relationship for technology and software development projects
- You have a high attention to detail, ownership of your outcomes, and action orientated
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and complex inter-dependencies
- You are superior at managing stakeholders and navigating the politics of delivery engagements
- You are passionate about enabling change, and can work with technical and non-technical people, have the capability to influence, and maintain high rates of stakeholder satisfaction with consistent communications to manage expectations.
